Atty Skerry wastes TV 3 resources to Censor

Censorship by the Skerry Law Office is what is happening in Medford, Massachusetts.

David Skerry doesn't want you to know that when the papers reference his clients the word "embattled" is often used.

Attorney David P. Skeery will continue to sue and threaten to kill people in an attempt to stop the investigation.

David P. Skerry IS TV 3, even though he twists the truth and takes things out of context in court documents.

TV 3 Medford, Massachusetts IS David P. Skerry.

Residents who fund this situation cannot get an accurate answer from the Mayor, Mike McGlynn, or any transparency on how the funding is spent.

City Councilor Bob Penta calls them "Sick" at TV 3

City Council President Robert Maiocco said "It's time for a new president of TV 3"

The Honorable Judge Diane M. Kottmyer asked David P. Skerry and current station manager Daniel A. Sarno, Jr. point blank in open court if they were not concerned about the station's reputation.

The Honorable Timothy Gailey ruled that Medford Community Cablevision's "reputation" was not worth anything, giving the station a $100.00 "nominal" judgment when it asked for 25K.
A small claims filing can get more money.

David P. Skerry had his client say this in 2007:

“These accusations are false; they are libelous, slanderous, and malicious, put forth by a few malcontents with personal agendas,”

(Steve)Cloutier (Pop Warner president at the time) wrote in a statement dated late Tuesday afternoon and faxed by Skerry to the two local Medford papers.

McGlynn and TV 3

A news report stated: " President Barack Obama told graduates at America's leading Roman Catholic university that both sides must stop demonizing one another.

Obama acknowledged that "no matter how much we want to fudge it ... the fact is that at some level, the views of the two camps are irreconcilable." He implored the students: "reducing those with differing views to caricature. Open hearts. Open minds. Fair-minded words. It's a way of life that always has been the Notre Dame tradition."

The TV 3 Medford tradition has been to slash, burn and destroy free speech in Medford.

To attack, humiliate, sue, defame and disparage senior citizens, children and veteran access producers. Why has Mayor McGlynn let this happen?

On 2-26-08 a brief speech was given to the City Council of Medford Massachusetts in anticipation of the PERFORMANCE EVALUATION HEARING. Many Medford residents are coming forward to demand changes at TV 3.

New Show on TV 3: THE MONEY CHANGERS?????

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

AUDITOR SAYS TO MEDFORD COMMUNITY CABLEVISION, INC. (TV3)

"Your accounting records were incomplete during the period under audit and
we were not able to apply alternative procedures to determine the
completeness of the statements and related disclosures. TV3's management
has not provided us evidence to support the $55,000 receivable on your
financial statements. Additionally, TV3's management has declined to
provide us with sufficient representation on your financial statements..."

TV 3 has a show called "Money Managers", we think the Bible has a better
description of Harvey Alberg and Ron Delucia's program:

THE MONEY CHANGERS! as in, now you see it, now you don't!

Matthew 21:12
Then Jesus went into the temple, threw out everyone who was selling and
buying in the temple, and overturned the moneychangers' tables and the
chairs of those who sold doves.\
