Atty Skerry wastes TV 3 resources to Censor

Censorship by the Skerry Law Office is what is happening in Medford, Massachusetts.


David Skerry doesn't want you to know that when the papers reference his clients the word "embattled" is often used.



Attorney David P. Skeery will continue to sue and threaten to kill people in an attempt to stop the investigation.


David P. Skerry IS TV 3, even though he twists the truth and takes things out of context in court documents.


TV 3 Medford, Massachusetts IS David P. Skerry.


Residents who fund this situation cannot get an accurate answer from the Mayor, Mike McGlynn, or any transparency on how the funding is spent.


City Councilor Bob Penta calls them "Sick" at TV 3


City Council President Robert Maiocco said "It's time for a new president of TV 3"


The Honorable Judge Diane M. Kottmyer asked David P. Skerry and current station manager Daniel A. Sarno, Jr. point blank in open court if they were not concerned about the station's reputation.


The Honorable Timothy Gailey ruled that Medford Community Cablevision's "reputation" was not worth anything, giving the station a $100.00 "nominal" judgment when it asked for 25K.
A small claims filing can get more money.


David P. Skerry had his client say this in 2007:

“These accusations are false; they are libelous, slanderous, and malicious, put forth by a few malcontents with personal agendas,”

(Steve)Cloutier (Pop Warner president at the time) wrote in a statement dated late Tuesday afternoon and faxed by Skerry to the two local Medford papers.

Medford Pop Warner Football Director Wendy Black confirmed on Monday that league officials paid an undisclosed sum of money to Patriot Storage in Medford, after the outstanding bill for a storage container under the name of former Medford Pop Warner President Steve Cloutier went unpaid.

“The charges are inflammatory, and we will be looking at a lawsuit for slander and probably infliction of emotional distress,” Cloutier’s attorney David Skerry told the Transcript.


Medford — Steve Cloutier, the embattled president of Medford Pop Warner, has answered back to allegations that he mishandled his organization’s funds by promising a lawsuit.
